Shipping Info

Our default shipping method for all online orders are Canada Post XpressPost (EMS) for domestic Canada and DHL Worldwide Express Services for international orders. The typical delivery time is 1 to 3 business days within Canada, 2 to 5 business days to USA, 3 to 7 business days worldwide. For international orders with a value under $120US, the orders may ship through Canada Post Air Small Packet Services. The typical delivery time is 5 to 15 business days. It depends on your local custom processing speed.

Up on customer's request, we also accept orders for overnight or Next Day delivery. Next day orders receive the highest priority and are usually shipped the same day through DHL, UPS or FedEx Express if the order is received by 3:00 p.m. EST. Customer should email us or call 1-613-8230926 before placing a next day order to confirm item availability and pay for the extra shipping cost.

Shipping and Handling Charges (US$)

Shipping charges are based on your shipping weight and zones. Our shipping rates are usually discounted 20% to 50% in comparison to the online prices given by our shipping carriers Canada Post and DHL Worldwide Express.


Shipping Notification
We automatically send you an email with your order tracking number (if available) by updating your order status when your order ships. Orders by email and phone may not get such status update.

Track Your Shipment
The Order Status page on our web site is the quickest method for you to get information on the status of your order. When your order ships, we email the shipping information to you by the end of each work day. This info will include your tracking number if it is available. You may not receive email update if you place your order by fax, email or phone. It is strongly recommended to order online if you want to keep tracking your orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address
In the event that your order has shipped and contains erroneous shipping address information (provided by you at the time of order) so that the shipper cannot deliver the shipment, we will attempt to correct the address information and reroute the package to you. This may cause a delay in the shipping time and any additional charges by the shipper to Mobile GPS Antenna will be charged to your account.

Refused Shipments
The quickest way for us to process a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment, the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive the product. We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then return the shipment by first obtaining an RMA Number for the return.

Missing or Damaged Shipments
We guarantee all signature-required deliveries through their respective carriers. Should there be a problem with a package that has been damaged in transit or erroneously confirmed as received, we will file a claim with the contracted carrier on behalf of the customer, and will refund payment or re-ship the item upon the settlement of the claim. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the settlement of UPS claims, and up to 6 months for settlement of Canada Post claims.

Return Policy

Can I return my items purchased through Mobile GPS Antenna?
Yes. You may return most new and unopened items (except for non-returnable items noted below) within 15 calendar days of the receipt of your order. We will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. All returns require prior approval by submitting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request. Without RMA #, any returns are not acceptable.

My item is defective - will you replace it?
Yes. If your item proves to be defective within the return policy time period, you may return it for a replacement with the same item only. After the return policy time period expires, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty will apply and you should contact them directly for repair. Note that all defective returns are thoroughly tested to verify the defect - if the defect cannot be verified the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Who pays to return a defective item?
Unless the return is the result of our shipping error, Mobile GPS Antenna shares in the shipping costs for the return and replacement of defective items. We apply the same principle as if the item was purchased at a retail store - you would be responsible for bringing the item back to the store in order to return it.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Simply order the new item you want online at your convenience, then request an RMA number for the return of your original item. Make sure you include all items with your original unit when it is returned to us or else we cannot process your return. If the original item is in its original package (unopened), we will refund you the full price. If the original package is opened, 15% restock fee may be applied to your refund.

What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept for return the following items unless defective:
 • Clearance items, special order items, digital products like videos, software and document files without any protections.
 • Opened software, opened unlock certificates, electronic charts, data cards.
 • Items with serial number missing or removed.
 • Returns of volume purchases with multiple quantities of the same item.
 • Some GPS/GNSS packages are bundled with software as part of the package. We cannot accept for return any GPS/GNSS packages in which the bundled software has been opened, used, and/or unlocked.

Can I return my item with the UPC code missing from the box (I sent it in for a rebate)?
Items that have had the UPC code removed from the outer box cannot be accepted for return. For defective items, please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair.

How do I obtain an RMA number and how long is it valid for?
You may request an RMA number by email to sales@mobilegpsantenna.com. We are unable to accept any returns without a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue - please ensure that your return arrives within this time period.

When do I get my refund?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days once we have received your return. After your return is processed, we'll send you an e-mail message confirming your refund. All refunds are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee if the original package is opened and the return is not the result of our shipping error. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. If the items were shipped to you with free shipping, we will also deduct the actual shipping and handling fees for your order (minimum $10) from your refund.

The product I recently purchased has a lower price now - can I get a refund or credit?
We work hard to continually offer our customers the best combination of lowest prices and top-rated customer service. Sale prices in effect at the time of purchase reflect the daily market conditions and foreign exchange rates, along with the dynamic nature of retailing on the web. The more aggressive the marketplace is, the more frequent price fluctuations and changes occur. As such, we are unable to provide a price protection guarantee nor do we offer credit for price changes that have occurred after your order has been shipped.

How do I ship the returned items?
We suggest you pack the items securely using the box and packing material that came with your item. Otherwise, use a packaging method that will secure the item(s) and protect them from damage during shipping. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, and return to us using any shipping company of your choice. Please note that Mobile GPS Antenna is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping to Mobile GPS Antenna.

What address do I ship the returned items to?
Returned items must be shipped to the address given by the reply email to your RMA request. Any return to our contact address without a RMA # is absolutely not acceptable.
